Edit Options

When you have clicked Tools -> Options to bring up the Options window and then clicked on the Edit tab you will see the window below:

You can use this window to change the way in which Word behaves when you are editing a document, for example you may want to turn off the feature which makes Word automatically select the whole word when you are highlighting text. You may also want to be able to press the INS key to paste text from the clipboard. Also in this window you can choose an alternative picture editor if you have one available.
