Charts

To add a chart to a slide, select the Chart AutoLayout when you are inserting a new slide.

A new slide will appear containing a chart frame which you need to double-click to activate the chart wizard.  It is possible you may need to insert your Office 2000 CD at this point to allow the Microsoft Graph component to be installed.

Edit the details in the datasheet to change them to your own data and the chart will be amended. The chart can be edited and formatted in exactly the same way as you would in Excel, this is covered in the topics on graphs and charts in the Excel section.
