Using Tasks

Outlook provides a 'to do' list where you can enter tasks that you need to complete so you can be reminded to do them on time.  It is possible to make your tasks recurring if they need to be done on a regular basis and you can even assign tasks to others and be kept informed of how they're getting on.  You can view your tasks by clicking on the Tasks folder in the Folder List or by looking at the small tasks list in your Calendar folder.
