Replying to a Message

To reply to an e-mail you have received, click the Reply button at the top of the e-mail and type your message in the top of the e-mail window. You can set whether Outlook includes the original message when you reply through the Tools drop-down menu, choosing Options and clicking the E-mail Options  button under the Preferences tab.

If you want your reply to go to everyone listed in the To: and CC: boxes for the message, click on the Reply to All  button and the message will be sent to everyone who received the original message.
