Setting Reminders

When creating or editing an appointment you can set a reminder by clicking to place a tick in the Reminder box halfway down the e-mail.  You can set the amount of time before the appointment that you want the reminder to appear in the box to the right.

By clicking on the speaker symbol to the right of the reminder time box you can set a certain sound to play when the reminder appears.

If you are always changing the amount of time for the reminder then you should consider changing the default reminder time by clicking on Tools > Options and clicking on the arrow beside the Default reminder box in the Preferences section of the window.  You can still adjust individual reminder times as you set appointments but if you do not make any changes, the default time will be used.
