Using the Outlook Calendar

The Calendar in Outlook is a powerful way of organising your diary and can be used to arrange meetings and invite others to them.  To access the Calendar, simply click on the Calendar  shortcut or choose the Calendar folder from the Folder List.

A typical calendar screen is shown below and you can use the icons at the top of the window to view your calendar by day, working week, full week or month.

You can use the monthly displays at the right-hand side to click on the day you want to go to, there are left and right arrows at the top of the months to move backwards and forwards in time.  Alternatively, you can press CTRL + G to bring up the Go To window where you can select the date you want to look at.

Click here to return to the Outlook index.
