Page Breaks

To see how your spreadsheet will paginate when it is printed, click on the Print Preview icon.  At the top of the Print Preview screen there is a Page Break Preview button, if your spreadsheet is not breaking at the point you would like you can use this to place the page break at a different point.

By holding your mouse over the blue page break line until it becomes a double-headed arrow and then clicking and dragging the blue line you can set the page break to the position you would like, in this case it would be sensible to place it at the bottom of the 1992 data so that we do not split a year over pages.  You can also get to Page Break Preview from your normal worksheet view by clicking on the View drop-down menu and choosing Page Break Preview.  In Normal view you can just about see the page breaks as dotted black lines across and down the worksheet.  You can change back to Normal view by clicking on the View drop-down menu and choosing Normal.
